Accommodations: 3 Nights’ accommodations at The Village of Loon Resort, located adjacent to the Loon Mountain ski area. The condos can sleep 4 to 6 people, have equipped kitchens, common areas, master bedroom (king bed) and full bath on entry level. Second level has full bath, bedroom (two twin beds) and loft sleeping area (two twin beds). Guests have access to 2 indoor pools, fitness center, indoor & outdoor hot tub and sauna. Meals: On your own. Lincoln is 2.5 miles away where you will find groceries, pubs and restaurants. On prior trips we’ve used the condo kitchen for breakfast and some evening meals including group potluck. We will organize a group “dine-in” one of the nights.
Ski Areas and lift tickets: Ski 2½ days at your choice of resorts. Use your Ikon pass at Loon and Sunday River. Lift tickets for Waterville Valley, Bretton Woods, Attitash, Wildcat, and Cannon are your responsibility. Significant lift ticket discounts are offered through ADVANCE purchase on Liftopia. Some resorts allow cancellation/refund on advance purchases. Check the specific resort for refund policy.
Transportation: This is a self-drive trip. Participants may arrange to carpool to the resort at 72 Loon Village Road, Lincoln, New Hampshire, 03251
Lodging Occupancy: Condos can accommodate 4-6 persons. Base plan is to assign 4 people to each condo (i.e.- 1 couple in the master bedroom and 2 singles for the 2nd bedroom and the loft each. If you have a group of 5 or 6 that want to share a condo, indicate the number in your group when you register. Additionally, if you'd like to share a condo with more than 3 others, indicate that when you register and I will attempt to accommodate.
Pricing: Based on 4 people in each condo for a 3-night stay, the price is $225 per person. The rates would be proportionately reduced for 5- or 6-person occupancy.
Registration: You must be an active member of TCSC. Trip registration will begin in September 1, 2025. Availability will be on first-come first-serve basis. Registration will close on December 1, 2025.

Payment: Payment is by check only - no credit cards. Please send your check in the amount of $225.00 made payable to TCSC to the trip leader:

Refund for Cancellation: Full refund may be requested by December 1, 2025, and must be made in writing. After December 1, 2025, no refund unless a replacement is found.
