Bus Trip to Blue Mountain Resort in PA

Ski Blue Mtn., PA, for the Day with TCSC!

Located in the Poconos of the Lehigh Valley region, it's just over two hours from Endicott. Leave the driving to a professional Shafer’s bus driver so you can relax and socialize there and back. It's a great way to get to know more ski club members, especially if you're a newer member.

Blue Mountain claims Pennsylvania’s highest vertical at 1,082 ft. with 40 trails ranging from beginner to expert, including three double black diamonds on 171 acres. The 15 lifts include three high speed chairlifts. 

Cost:  $75, includes bus, tip for the driver, breakfast on the bus, and goodies for the aprés-ski party (menu items will be shared about a week before the trip.) Additional food contributions for the aprés-ski party are appreciated. A cash bar will be available.

Lift tickets

Blue Mtn. is an Ikon resort. Non-Ikon Pass holders can purchase either an 8-hour ticket or a 4-hour ticket for the morning or the afternoon. Morning ticket holders have to start by noon. There is no senior discount. Lift tickets will be available for purchase online soon and are based on variable pricing. Any discounts through EPSC will be posted as soon as information is available.

Itinerary

Bus departs from Shafer’s Tour and Charter, 500 North St., Endicott. There is plenty of secure parking for your vehicle.

• Boarding starts at 6 a.m.; departure is 6:30 a.m.
• Breakfast of bagels, cream cheese or butter, homemade blueberry muffins and OJ is included. Bring your own coffee, tea, etc.
• Arrive at the ski area between 8:30 - 9 a.m.; lifts open at 9 a.m.
• Meet for lunch in the lodge at noon. Bring your own or purchase there. Dining options include Slopeside Pub & Grill, Wood Fired Pizza & Pub, Summit Scoops, Tipsy Taco Truck.
• Aprés-ski party from 3:30 – 4:45 p.m.
• Load and board bus from 4:45 – 5:15 p.m.
• Depart Blue Mountain by 5:30 p.m.
• Arrive at Shafer’s between 7:30 – 8 p.m.

Registration and payment

You must be a member of the Triple Cities Ski Club and logged in to your account to sign up and complete the registration form. Registration and payments are due by Dec. 15, 2026. Pay online or by check. Checks should be made out to TCSC and mailed to:

Cancellations and Refunds

If you must cancel, let the trip leaders know as soon as possible. Any refunds due are issued at completion of the trip and will be made according to the ski club's Trip Agreement/Code of Conduct and Liability.
